
Prohibited Items
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone—including players, coaches, spectators, staff, officials, and medical personnel—we ask that you respect and adhere to the following policies to assist staff, officials, and medical personnel freedom of movement to perform their duties.
Wagons and single wide strollers are permissible ONLY as follows
Must be used to transport children
Must be smaller than 28” wide and 36” long when fully expanded.
Measurement includes wheels, not just basket size
Spectators and participants may not bring the following items into the event:

Oversized wagons with children

Wagons used to transport team equipment, supplies or food

Double-wide strollers

Outside meals
-
Luggage of any size
-
Oversized bags (includes Hulkin bags or large camera equipment bags)

Other roller bags
-
Coolers
-
Personal seats and chairs
-
All tobacco products – including e-Cigarettes and vaping products
-
Alcoholic beverages
-
Personal transportation devices (i.e. hover boards, skateboards, etc.)
-
Weapons
-
Loud noise makers
-
Balloons
-
Other items as determined by the staff.
Items turned away at the entrance will have to be returned to your car or hotel OR you may check them with at the GWCC coat & luggage check.
If you are asked to remove an item from inside the playing venue, you must do so immediately, or you will be removed from the event.
Please be aware that state laws for the right to carry any of the items listed above into public areas do not apply once you are admitted through the doors of the show.
