Wondering How You Get In the Door? It’s Easy…. Just Get a Wristband. Sales Location All wristband distribution will be done in the Main Lobby of the GWCC, East Registration Hall    **THURSDAY NIGHT SALES** Save time, beat the long lines on Friday and purchase your Weekend Pass Wristband AHEAD OF TIME. Come to the convention center on Thursday, April 1 from 4:00p - 9:00p to get your Weekend Passes early. Send one person to get passes for the whole family or all the parents on the team. Only Weekend passes will be sold during this time.   Players & Coaches: At Team Check- In, the team representative will be receive wristbands for each player on the roster (up to 15 players) and each staff member on the roster, up to three coaches, chaperones, reps, and mgrs, etc.These wristbands are at no charge.  Team Reps or Coaches listed on more than one roster will be issued a single wristband.  Children Under 6: Special weekend pass Wristbands will be given to anyone under the age of 6 free of charge. Spectators: One-day or weekend pass wristbands will be required for all spectators. DAILY ADMISSION wristbands are $7/DAY and must be purchased on site each day when you arrive. WEEKEND PASS wristbands are $15 and can be purchased when you arrive or on Thursday night. Wave Play is Announced! Action and Team Photos Want a great Action photo of your daughter? Or a great Team photo? This year at the Big South you can get both Action and Team photos.  Texas Star Photos. (www.texstarphoto.com), photographer for USA Volleyball qualifiers and nationals, will be there to give you what you need. What you can look forward to….. 1. Preview of action photos about an hour after the end of your game. Create an Album of action photos you like. 2. Special "National Qualifier" team photo background. 3. Event information shown on all Prints, Plaques, and Posters. 4. Discount pricing when purchasing Packages that include Prints, Plaques, and Posters. 5. Discount pricing when purchasing A La Carte items in quantities (5x7's, 8x10's, CD images, Posters).  6. On-the-spot pickup of your Team Prints, Team Plaques, Action Prints, Action CD's, and Action Plaques.  (Only Posters will be mailed.) For Action photos... Sign up at the Texas Star Photo booth.  Come by Friday to beat the rush.  A photographer comes out to the requested game and takes action photos. About an hour after the end of the game you can preview the action photos and create an album of your favorites. Come by an order station to finalize your order.  For Team photos... Sign up at the Texas Star Photo booth.  Come by Friday to beat the rush.  Regular team photos will be taken Friday and Saturday.  Award team photos will be taken on Sunday. Have parents fill out the Envelope and make selections. Cash payments can be made in the envelope.  Credit payments will be done at the booth just prior to the photo session.  Bring your envelope to the booth about 10 minutes before your photo.  Teams will be participating in the Big South in the following waves on Friday, April 2. AM WAVE: 12’s, 13’s**, 14 Club, 14 Open, 15 Open, 16 Club, 16 Open, 17 Open, 18 Open PM WAVE: 13’s**, 15 Club, 17 Club, 17 Club, 18 Club ** The 13’s division will have some pools that play in the AM wave and some pools that play in the PM – exact team assignments will not be known until the final schedule is published. IMPORTANT NOTE: A few teams in the 12’s, 17 Open and 16 Open divisions MAY have additional matches continuing early in the PM wave on Friday. Make sure to check the final schedule thoroughly once it is published. COACHES… Submit your Results for Seeding! It’s that time…. Make sure you have entered ALL of your results into the SignUpToPlay database for each team attending Big South. We will be seeding the event very soon. Did you know...
